Aztec Monochrome

Friday 31st July 2015

This Aztec monochrome dress is one of my latest fashion finds from H&M (£7.99). I just adore the Aztec print, it’s so striking and the black and white colouring is absolutely gorgeous! I especially like the skater style design, it’s stylish and ever so flattering. This lovely dress is also sleeveless, which is great for summer! If monochrome isn’t for you don’t worry as this dress is available in black, green and numerous summery prints.

Seventies Print & Lace

Tuesday 28th July 2015

This gorgeous dress is the latest addition to my summer wardrobe :). I discovered it in Primark for just £10 – it was love at first sight! This lovely little number is bang on trend and the sleeveless design is great for summer. I especially like the loose fit, it’s so flattering and hangs ever so beautifully. I’m also in love with the seventies inspired print, it’s so beautiful, bright and the colour mix is very striking. In today’s look I decided to add a bit of daytime glamour to my outfit by wearing my black heeled sandals from New Look.

MUA Lipstick Shade 13

Saturday 25th July 2015

MUA (Make Up Academy) offer high quality beauty products at a very affordable price range with most items costing under £4! I’ve previously heard positive comments regarding this range of cosmetics so I decided to give one of their £1 lipsticks a try for myself :). Being a lover of red lipsticks I decided to try ‘Shade 13’ – a highly pigmented, true red which is bright, striking and totally statement worthy!

Shade 13 easily glides onto the lips and just three swipes are needed to achieve full, maximum opaque coverage. This lipstick has a faint glossy finish – which I love and it leaves lips feeling bright, moisturised, smooth and silky. What I really like about Shade 13 is it’s staying power. This wonderful lip colour lasts for 3-4 hours before it needs to be re-applied (which includes eating and drinking) plus it also doesn’t bleed or smudge.

A Bit of Fringing

Tuesday 21st July 2015

Well fashionistas, as I’m sure you know, fringing is huge this season! From statement bags to stylish kimonos, fringing is everywhere and I couldn’t be happier! I’m absolutely loving the fringe trend and simply couldn’t resist this gorgeous fringed top from Topshop (£26). Everything about this top is adorable; from the the black fringe layers to the cream colouring, I love it all! In fact when selecting my Glastonbury outfits it was at the top of my ‘must take’ list! At Glastonbury I paired my fringed top with a black lace waistcoat and a pair of leather shorts.
(See my Glastonbury Style Diary here) In todays look I decided to tuck it into my skirt to accentuate my waistline and to add a nice bit of shape.
